    Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, utilizing strategic problem-solving to resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships.
    Structure deals and secure credit approvals by working with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize revenue.
    Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cross-selling bank products, services including cash management agreements
