Job Role The Night Auditor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment. This involves possessing exceptional communication skills, mathematical proficiency, and delivering superior guest service. Main Responsibilities: Ensure personalized guest service that meets and exceeds industry benchmarks. Be responsible for all daily accounting, transactions, and nightly controls pertaining to operations. Perform POS balancing and final financial reconciliations. Manage room and restaurant reservations during night hours. Provide guest services and attend to their needs as required. Carry out other duties of a Guest Services Representative during the night shift. Assist at the Reception desk in the capacity of a Guest Services Representative whenever necessary. Handle cash preparations for employees. Implement emergency procedures.
