Project Manager - ICI SectorThe ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in ICI Project Management, a post-secondary diploma or degree in Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Responsibilities:Prepare pre-project functions, including procure drawings, review plans, specifications, contract documents and ensure compliance with regulations such as CWB, ISO, COR, TSSADevelop project scope definition, prepare project take off packages, review and identify changes, cost, material, equipment and labor requirementsWork closely with the accounting department to maintain accurate up-to-date records of costs and expensesPrice all change orders, work orders, and site instructions promptly and prepare invoices for paymentAssist in the preparation of subcontract administration and vendor relationsCommunicate project status and progress reports to senior management on a regular basis
