Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our operations team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing daily sortation and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and resolve service issues. You will also be responsible for conducting daily safety inspections, enforcing compliance with safety protocols, and monitoring labor hours to maintain operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include strategically optimizing route assignments, tracking delivery progress, and addressing customer complaints. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
