By empowering them, we facilitate better care for themselves and their loved ones at home and work.
About the Role We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Recreation Inclusion Support Facilitator. This role plays a vital part in providing quality leisure programs, services and facilities to military members and their families. Main Responsibilities To promote and encourage people who require inclusion support to participate in various activities offered throughout our communities; To facilitate participation of individuals with varying abilities in community activities; To develop, plan and implement inclusive recreational activities for children with inclusion needs; The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring integration of participants into recreational programs by utilizing assistive technology and resolving accessibility issues.
They must also be able to provide personal care and health assistance as needed.
We value individuals who possess strong listening skills combined with empathy when dealing with challenging situations,
with ability act assertively while remaining respectful at all times.The ideal candidate should have patience, compassion,
