Service Management OpportunityThe service management role plays a vital part in our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the service department.This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals and objectives. The successful candidate will establish effective working relationships with customers, encourage repeat and referral business, and foster a positive work environment.Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and strive to meet them.Monitor and control performance using relevant reports, tracking systems, and surveys.A post-secondary diploma or trades certification in a related field is preferred. Heavy duty truck/equipment technical knowledge, three years of experience, and excellent analytical skills are required.
