Recreation Leader Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate recreation leader to join our team. As a Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for animating and overseeing supervision during activities, decorating the premises for special events, promoting activities related to residents, and welcoming them to participate in these activities.
About This Role:
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and one variable weekday as needed.
You will work closely with the Leisure Manager to assist in their duties and carry out all related tasks requested by this manager.
Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments of the residence to make things easier for everyone.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position is required; training related to leisure services would be an asset. Training should enable you’t enhance service quality & beyond expectation while enriching your potential career growth based on successes achieved since day one!
The candidate may use Microsoft Office products like Word Excel Outlook without having extensive knowledge on software (Microsoft); prior administration or leadership roles before could significantly contribute towards immediate success due mainly because familiarization already happening!,
