Job Title: Lead Pharmaceutical Technology Transfer SpecialistProject Overview:This role entails overseeing the end-to-end transfer of commercial drug products from internal teams to external manufacturing partners (CMOs/CPOs).About The Job: We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead multiple technology transfers, understand pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and drive complex programs with minimal oversight.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams in coordinating with CMOs/CPOs and working with QA, QC, MS&T, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory departments.Develop and maintain project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely milestone payments and governance reporting.Drive risk mitigation strategies and foster a culture of collaboration.Manage method development & method transfer, stability studies, analytical testing (HPLC, raw/finished product testing), packaging/labeling requirements, regulatory and compliance expectations.Requirements:A minimum of 5–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in project management roles.Proven track record of leading multiple (5+) end-to-end Technology Transfer projects involving external manufacturing partners.Strong understanding of senior project management capabilities, including budget management, milestone payments, governance reporting, risk mitigation, cross-functional leadership, and coordination with CMOs/CPOs.
