Belmor Trades Ltd. seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. We clean newly built suites throughout various stages of construction in downtown Edmonton and the Rosenthal neighbourhood. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout various stages of construction, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, as it's a very fast-paced environment. Each candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and bending. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Follow safety protocols while on-site to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Qualifications Proven experience in construction cleaning is mandatory. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members professionally. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas. Post-Construction cleaning experience is preferred Professional Residential Home cleaning is preferred A valid driver's license is required* Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30am-4:00 pm ( 20-40 hours a week)* Authorized to work in Canada Fluent in English Own a phone English is required Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Casual dress Flexible language requirement: Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift No weekends
