    ‍Description
    Le comptable immobilier commercial est responsable de la comptabilité quotidienne et des rapports financiers d'un portefeuille d'actifs immobiliers commerciaux. Ce poste garantit l'exactitude des données financières au niveau des propriétés, fournit des rapports en temps opportun à la direction, soutient les opérations immobilières et veille au respect des baux, des politiques de l'entreprise et des normes comptables.

    Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :
    Comptabilité immobilière et rapports financiers Préparer les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour les biens immobiliers commerciaux assignés. Tenir le grand livre général, y compris les écritures comptables, les charges à payer, les charges payées d'avance et les rapprochements.     Relevant du Président de la Construction, l’estimateur principal joue un rôle clé dans l’analyse des soumissions, l’élaboration de stratégies d’appel d’offres et l’estimation budgétaire pour des projets de construction résidentiels et industriels à usage mixte.     En tant que gestionnaire de développement, vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets de développement immobilier, de la conception à l'achèvement. Ce poste exige une expérience éprouvée de la gestion du cycle complet de développement, ainsi que la capacité de faire avancer les projets de façon autonome, de gérer les équipes internes et les consultants externes, et de prendre des décisions cruciales pour assurer la réussite de l'exécution.     Responsabilités Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet immobilier, de l'acquisition à la livraison des aménagements locatifs. Diriger des équipes internes et externes (architectes, ingénieurs, consultants, etc.), en garantissant l'alignement sur les objectifs du projet. Prendre des décisions stratégiques pour optimiser la faisabilité, la performance financière et l'exécution. Gérer le budget, les analyses financières et les risques, en veillant à ce que le projet respecte les rendements attendus. Obtenir les autorisations nécessaires et assure la coordination avec les parties prenantes, tout en supervisant la construction pour garantir qualité, budget et délais.     Formation: Licence ou master en ingénierie, architecture, ou gestion de la construction. Les candidats ayant une formation en finance, en urbanisme ou en droit et faisant preuve de solides compétences quantitatives et de leadership seront également pris en considération. Expérience : 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de la construction ou de l'immobilier axé sur l'investissement, avec des responsabilités croissantes et dans la conduite de projets de développement immobilier à grande échelle, de la conception à l'achèvement, avec une réussite avérée dans la réalisation des projets dans le respect des délais et du budget. Compétences financières et analytiques : Expertise en matière d'analyse financière, y compris la capacité à évaluer la faisabilité d'un projet, à mener des analyses pro-forma approfondies et à gérer des budgets complexes. Leadership et gestion d'équipe : Capacité avérée à diriger et à encadrer des équipes de projet et à diriger le travail de consultants et de contractants. Compétences avérées en matière de gestion d'équipe, avec un talent pour motiver les autres et coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.     Description The primary goal of the Construction Project Coodinator is to support the construction team with regards to design development, cost estimation, documentation management and technical and site support. As the ideal candidate, you have 2 or more years of experience in the construction industry. You possess strong organizational and management skills.


    Responsibilities Work on all of phase of new projects, including due diligence, feasibility and execution Coordinating the professionals on the project file Liaison between the customer and the company in relation to the project scope of work Gather and Manage information and correspondence as it relates to construction project development Assist in the Preparation of Job Cost Estimates Assist in the preparation of plans and specifications Preparation of Purchase Orders and Sub-Contracts Assist in Design Review and Modification Manage the Bid process Coordinate work and pricing with sub-trades All of construction related tasks deemed necessary to the success of the team
