We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with three years of relevant experience in HR and Health & Safety. In this role, you will partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, enhance recruitment strategies, and guide conflict resolution efforts. Analyzing HR metrics is key to identifying trends and improving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align HR strategies with business performance goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements
• Assist in conflict resolution and workplace policy interpretation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a similar HR role
• HR qualifications: CHRP or CHRL preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
