  • We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to serve as a key liaison between the company and its dealer network. In this role, you’ll support smooth B2B operations by handling dealer inquiries, processing orders and transactions, resolving issues, and providing product and administrative support primarily via phone and email. Strong dealer relationships and operational excellence are at the heart of this position.
    Key Responsibilities:Accurately process and review dealer ordersManage dealer transactions and inquiries, including shipment tracking, pricing adjustments, and stock correctionsNavigate B2B systems to support dealer-related activitiesProcess product certificate redemptions and dealer creditsAssist with parts lookup and data entrySupport additional dealer-related tasks as required
    Qualifications & Skills:Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service roleHigh school diploma requiredStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to stay focused under pressureProficient in Microsoft OfficeSAP experience is an assetExcellent customer service, communication skills, initiative, and adaptability
