Description: We’re seeking independent contractors (sole proprietors) and subcontractors (incorporated companies) to take on new litter pick & property maintenance contracts in NW Edmonton and Red Deer. Litter pick services involve daily outdoor cleaning, collecting litter, and emptying public bins. Maintenance services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, window washing, pressure washing, junk removal, graffiti removal, roof checks, pothole filling, shuttering of broken windows, and other minor handyman services, and 24/7 on-demand emergency responses. - Year-round work; 7 days per week - No snow removal or lawn care - Consumables and equipment to be provided by the contractor Requirements: - Must be eligible to work in Canada - Subcontractors must be incorporated with liability insurance and WCB coverage Please include a brief introduction and description of your experience.
