    About the Role
    The Executive Operations Lead exists to increase founder leverage across the organization. The mandate is simple and non negotiable: ensure that priorities, decisions, information, and accountability move from the Founder through the organization and back again reliably and quickly.
    This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. While strong administrative capability is required, this position is accountable for execution, systems, and outcomes.
    The Executive Operations Lead will act as the Founder’s second brain and execution engine, translating intent into action and maintaining the operating infrastructure that allows the organization to move quickly and scale.
    What You’ll Do
    Founder Executive Operations
    Own the day-to-day operation of the Founder’s officeAct as the central coordination point between the Founder, leadership, and key stakeholdersEnsure clarity, follow through, and closure on Founder-level prioritiesOperate with a no task too big or too small mindset
    Accountability and Operating Rhythm
    Organize and run leadership and staff meetingsEstablish and maintain weekly and monthly operating cadencesTrack objectives, ownership, and follow-through across teamsEnsure decisions convert into measurable execution
    From Intent to Execution
    Translate inputs and direction into clear actionsCapture outcomes and convert them into next stepsMove quickly with minimal instruction
    Systems and Process Ownership
    Identify breakdowns in how information, decisions, or work movesDesign and implement lightweight operating systemsEnsure requirements, updates, and accountability propagate across multiple business units
    Research, Synthesis, and Communication
    Conduct targeted research to support decision makingProduce concise briefs, summaries, and talking pointsDistill complex inputs into clear, decision ready outputs
    Financial and Administrative Operations
    Support administrative and financial operations related to the Founder’s officeCoordinate with external advisors, accountants, and stakeholdersMaintain tracking, organization, and continuity across obligations

    You will work closely with our product, operations, and AI teams to translate complex immigration rules into structured workflows that can scale across thousands of users.

    Prepare and review study permits, work permits, permanent residence applications, and related submissions

    Work with product and engineering teams to improve case management workflows

    What We Are Looking For
    Active RCIC license in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants
    Minimum 3 years of practical immigration experience
    Strong knowledge of Quebec immigration processes, including CAQ and provincial requirements

    Comfort working in a technology-enabled environment
