About the Role
The Executive Operations Lead exists to increase founder leverage across the organization. The mandate is simple and non negotiable: ensure that priorities, decisions, information, and accountability move from the Founder through the organization and back again reliably and quickly.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. While strong administrative capability is required, this position is accountable for execution, systems, and outcomes.
The Executive Operations Lead will act as the Founder’s second brain and execution engine, translating intent into action and maintaining the operating infrastructure that allows the organization to move quickly and scale.
What You’ll Do
