In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers across a variety of departments — from corporate functions to site operations — helping to fill positions at all levels of the organization. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented , and comfortable managing requisitions of varying levels , each requiring a tailored approach and communication style. You’ll need to be a quick learner , able to understand the requirements of a wide range of roles and adjust your approach accordingly. This position is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in process accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles — from intake to offer — ensuring a positive and seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview design, and market insights. Source and attract talent through multiple channels, including proactive outreach, employee referrals. Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring fair, consistent, and high-quality evaluation practices. Support reporting and analytics by maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking system and contributing to insights that help the team continually improve. What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment or HR related role. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. Experience using ATS systems such as Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, with familiarity using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously. A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in learning from others across the People & Culture team. Curiosity and initiative — you look for ways to improve processes and bring creative ideas to talent attraction. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. About The Role The Senior Facilities Manager plays a key leadership role within our Residential division (IPP). This position provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and cross-functional input on upcoming multi-family rental projects, while managing the maintenance and capital expenditure programs for our existing residential portfolio. You will work closely with Development, DevCon, and Operations teams to ensure our properties are built and maintained to the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and long-term value. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to guide both new construction and portfolio operations. What You\'ll Do Provide cross-functional input during the design and build phases of new projects, ensuring alignment with Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and long-term operational goals. Develop and manage new project OPEX and CAPEX budgets that align with target NOI and operational benchmarks. Review drawings and participate in value engineering (VE) discussions to maximize lifetime asset value and cost efficiency. Lead new building handover and sign-off for operational items delivered by construction teams. Oversee and mentor the building maintenance team, setting schedules, priorities, and performance objectives. Partner with the Senior Director, and maintenance leadership to plan and execute long-term maintenance strategies across the portfolio. Source and evaluate new building technologies and systems that enhance efficiency, reduce operating costs, and improve tenant experience. Leverage scale for third-party service contracts (e.g., landscaping, HVAC, metering, janitorial, and security) to ensure competitive pricing and accurate scopes of work. Maintain clear communication channels between the Residential and Development teams to ensure all stakeholders have accurate and timely project information. Track and report on portfolio maintenance and capital expenditure performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization. Support departmental OKRs by implementing operational best practices and cost-control measures. What You Bring Minimum 5–10 years of facilities management experience, ideally within residential or mixed-use portfolios. Proven track record developing and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets that meet financial performance targets. Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and construction handover processes. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with development, construction, and property management teams. Strong project management and analytical skills with an ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. Post-secondary education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Operations, or a related field is preferred. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level.
