    We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our team and help shape the future of drone technology. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for the design and development of innovative and user-friendly drone products. You will work closely with engineers, software developers, and other team members to create visually appealing and functional drone designs.
    Responsibilities: Conceptual Design: Generate innovative design concepts for drones, considering factors such as aerodynamics, ergonomics, and aesthetics. Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas. Industrial Design: Design the physical form and user interface of drones, ensuring optimal user experience. Develop design guidelines and style guides for consistent branding and product appearance. Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. User Experience (UX) Design: Consider user needs and preferences in the design process. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for drone control and data visualization. Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions. Material Selection and Finish: Select appropriate materials for drone components, considering factors such as weight, durability, and cost. Specify surface finishes and treatments to enhance product appearance and performance. 3D Modeling and CAD: Create detailed 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for manufacturing and prototyping. Generate technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing and assembly. Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with prototyping teams to create physical models for testing and evaluation. Conduct design reviews and usability tests to gather feedback and refine designs.
    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the technology or aerospace industry. Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360). Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes. Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.     We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to inform strategic business decisions.
    In addition, you will act on your research to implement effective viral marketing strategies that result in brand awareness, lead generation and sales.

    Responsibilities: Ad Campaigns: Design and execute Google/Meta ad campaigns (carousels, search ads, videos). Understand ROI, CPC, and work with 3rd party agencies. Market Research: Analyze data to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and track industry trends. Marketing Videos: Manage video production (filming, editing), and occasionally appear on camera. Social Media Content: Oversee organic social media growth, engage with platforms, and measure performance. Website Analytics: Use Google Analytics and SEMrush to analyze traffic, website health, and keyword rankings, offering strategic insights.

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Drone Industry Certification Specialist to join their team. As a Certification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring drone operations comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining certifications, conducting training, and advising on regulatory compliance.
    Responsibilities: Certification Management: Research and understand federal, state, and local regulations governing drone operations. Identify and apply for necessary certifications, such as Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and waivers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on drone regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
