    Job Summary Responsible for directing all warehouse operations consistent with all Company warehousing distribution practices, procedures and objectives. This involves directing the safe, accurate and efficient receiving, storage, and shipment of materials in a manner that meets customer service objectives

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    Works alongside, and supervises a team of warehouse employees and delivery drivers, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, career development planning, disciplinary actions, and termination.

    Ensures that all customers (internal and external) are serviced in an efficient and courteous manner.

    Meets customer delivery service goals and delivery schedules by dispatching in-house trucks and/or utilizing third party providers as required. Communicates all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to the appropriate parties.

    Develops and manages preventative maintenance programs for warehouse equipment such as vehicles, forklift trucks, etc. Ensures employees have proper certification and training on equipment including, but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, Interstar color machine, and shrink wrap machine.

    Maintains strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product. Coordinates annual physical inventory activities.

    Ensures compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures and guidelines. Develops and/or enforces corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment.

    Manages the reception, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse.

    Identifies, investigates and addresses, all inventory records discrepancies. Maintains appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and/or hazardous materials.

    Solutions require analysis and investigation.

    Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.

    Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

    Work Environment

    Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.

    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.

    No travel required.

    Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

    Minimum Pay $70,600.00

    Responsible for the support and guidance to our associates and branches as it relates to the services provided within the On‑Site solutions platform. Provide technical guidance and training in the field for the purpose of running successful vending and bin fill solutions for our customers looking for service under the on‑site solutions platform. You will work closely with our associates and customers as a project lead during implementations ensuring company standards are exceeded. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    Identifies opportunities to innovate, improve service, and reduce costs. Collaborates with the field for successful implementation of Scanning, Vending and Sea Container Services to our customers in the On‑Site solutions platform. Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders relating to on‑site solutions and other inventory management services. Provides regular communications and suggestions for continuous process improvements of the on‑site solutions platform. Serves as a subject‑matter expert for vending solutions (i.e., MobileFrame and scanning devices). Provides technical support to branches, sales representatives, and customers. Troubleshoots and solves vending issues for the field and external customers. Trains associates in the field, including training on customer setup and scan devices. Nature and Scope

    Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data. Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process. May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel. Work Environment

    Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time. Education and Experience

    Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field. Demonstrates skill in Project management, attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications

    Project Management. Cribmaster Vending and MobileFrame Scanning Experience VMI Experience. Process improvement experience. Minimum Pay $57,000.00 We can’t wait to meet you.
