About the Role
We're hiring a Frontend Lead Developer to help build responsive, scalable, and secure frontend applications that serve high-impact financial clients. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to create modern digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize reusable Angular components to ensure code modularity and maintainability
Integrate with RESTful APIs, using RxJS for asynchronous data handling and managing state via NgRx or similar tools
Translate UX/UI designs into clean, accessible, and responsive interfaces using Angular Material or similar libraries
Optimize frontend performance through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and caching
Implement front-end security best practices including secure token handling (OAuth2/JWT), input validation, and CORS
Maintain high code quality standards through Git-based version control, branching strategies, and peer code reviews
Qualifications
8+ years of experience building and maintaining enterprise Angular applications
Deep knowledge of Angular framework, component architecture, and scalable frontend design
Proven ability to integrate APIs and manage state with RxJS and NgRx
Experience working with UX/UI teams to bring designs to life
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and secure coding principles
Familiarity with cross-platform frontend strategies
Comfort working in agile teams within a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus
Nice To Have:
Experience with hybrid technologies such as Ionic, Cordova, or Capacitor
