Job Description Please note that while we appreciate everyone's interest in working with us, only those with at least 5 years of live event, festival and/or touring experience will be contacted. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all technical and logistical aspects of live corporate events, concerts, and touring productions. This role ensures seamless coordination between the account rep, operations, vendors, venues, and production crew to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget events. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in concert touring and live event production. Key Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the Account Rep, the Operations team, clients, artists, promoters to develop and execute successful events. Create and manage production schedules, load‑in/out plans, and technical timelines. Lead and provide guidance to department leads and their crews. Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of audio, lighting, video, staging, and rigging departments. Work closely with account reps, operations, promoters, venue managers, tour managers, artists, local production crews, and other stakeholders to meet production requirements. Lead load-in, show execution, and load-out processes, ensuring safety and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for all production-related duties during the event. Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges in real-time. Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and local regulations. Communicate and collaborate with operations to ensure travel, accommodations, and transportation needs are met for crew and equipment. Collaborate to ensure timely movement of production assets between venues. Manage advancing of technical and hospitality riders with venues and promoters. Lead, guide, and oversee technical crew and local stagehands. Participate in production meetings to align all departments and personnel. Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring smooth coordination among all stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in live event or concert production management. Extensive knowledge of audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, and backline equipment. Strong scheduling and project management skills. Familiarity with touring logistics, including international travel considerations. Excellent problem-solving and crisis‑management abilities. Ability to lead teams under pressure in fast‑paced environments. Proficiency in production software such as Vectorworks, WYSIWYG, or similar tools is a plus. Knowledge of industry safety standards (OSHA, ANSI, ETCP Certification preferred). Ability to travel extensively and work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
