Position Details What You Will Do Review and approve incoming vendor estimates to ensure quality and technical competence. Providing Scope review and seek clarity from the vendor on estimates, negotiate costs with vendors/contractors. Provide dispute‑resolution services on estimate reviews relative to the CAA member, vendors and the Insurance company. Provide advice to Property adjusters when exceptions are encountered. Coordinate the appraisal resources to ensure assignments are dispatched. Participate in the industry events and various special projects for the benefit of the claims department as identified from time‑to‑time. Who You Are Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in building construction as a project manager or as a senior property adjuster with an insurance carrier. Working knowledge of XACTANALYSIS platform and XACTIMATE software. Familiarity with the building code and hazardous material exposure management. Educational background including relevant post‑secondary education complemented by a CIP designation or working towards a CIP designation. IICRC Fire and Water restoration certification would be an asset. Strong organizational; decision making and problem solving skillset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced technical knowledge of property damage analysis. Advanced negotiation skills and investigative logic.     Position Details What You Will Do

    Oversee infrastructure architecture across compute, storage, network, and cloud.

    Partner with Application, Security, and Project teams to design resilient, efficient solutions.

    Ensure designs align with corporate cloud strategy: sensitive and critical workloads remain on‑prem unless vendor‑mandated.

    Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes, improve service consistency, and increase operational efficiency.

    Develop frameworks for infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, and automated monitoring.

    Drive adoption of standardized automation practices across Infrastructure teams.

    Manage enterprise capacity planning across on‑prem and cloud environments.

    Who You Are

    University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, VMware VCP, or equivalent.

    Strong architecture and automation background within hybrid enterprise environments.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, engineering, or automation.

    Experience managing technical teams.

    Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, virtualization, automation frameworks, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

    The Commercial Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster is responsible for the handling of claims related to automobiles, taxis, dealerships, rental vehicles, towing services, and driving schools.     Leads complex investigations, handles difficult negotiations, settles and resolves disputed claims

    Effectively communicates with stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims efficiently

    Manages claims in litigation, participates in mediations, pre-trials and settlement conferences

    Directs vendor partners as necessary to ensure timely delivery of services

    May participate in special projects and presentations
