This is a well taken care of, well stocked, well cleaned unit that has been on the platform for several years. $160 flat rate for up to 5 hours of your time - however if it’s properly cleaned and turned over in less great ! You still get paid the same. Usually it takes a single experienced cleaner 4-5hrs and a team around 3-4hrs Please reach out if you take pride in your work and wouldn't mind joining in on a very busy Airbnb team! Hours are ONLY 11am-4pm and must be completed within the time frame.
