Position Overview Reporting to the Raw Materials Warehousing Supervisor, the Warehouse Team Lead will own the day‑to‑day leadership of all warehouse activities at our Scarborough facility. You'll focus on inventory control, stock movement, and the inbound/outbound flow of raw materials, and you'll lead process improvements that keep production supplied and running smoothly. You'll support, coach and develop warehouse associates, fostering a learning environment grounded in our values: innovative, respectful, passionate, accountable, and entrepreneurial. What You'll Do Lead, coach and develop a team of ~20 hourly warehouse associates. Oversee daily receiving, picking/packing, putaway and shipping to meet service, cost, and safety targets. Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, inbound/outbound audits and KPI tracking. Manage stock movements and prioritize flow to production to prevent disruption. Drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce year‑over‑year costs. Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure daily operational compliance. Let's Talk About You Experience in warehousing/distribution operations and frontline leadership. Working knowledge of RF SMART (or similar) and Microsoft ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Forklift/Reach certification preferred. Excellent communication and people‑leadership skills. Strong work ethic, sound judgment and independent initiative. Coaching mindset with the ability to delegate, give feedback and resolve workplace issues.
