We are seeking visionary leaders to transform our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow, and Automation capabilities. As a Director, Platform Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Workflow and Automation at Canada Life. We are hiring four Directors, each accountable for one of the following areas: Leading one or more large‑scale applications of IDP, Workflow, and Automation. Driving the IDP, Workflow, and Automation Centre of Excellence and Continuous Improvement. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver exceptional experiences for employees, advisors, members, and customers. You will own the platform vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and enabling outcomes that drive measurable business value.
