Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure Teamcenter PLM solutions across various modules and integrations.
Define the technical roadmap and strategy for Teamcenter, aligning it with the overall IT and business objectives.
Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents for Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Evaluate new Teamcenter features, technologies, and third-party tools to determine their applicability and impact on the existing architecture.
Ensure the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the Teamcenter system through architectural decisions and technical governance.
Collaborate with business analysts and Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
Oversee the integration strategy for Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD tools).
Conduct technical reviews and audits of Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and developments.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10+ years specializing in Teamcenter PLM implementations and architecture.
Deep expertise in Teamcenter modules (e.g., Product Structure, Workflow, Change Management, Document Management, Requirements Management, Supplier Integration).
Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data model, and customization frameworks (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace, Style Sheets, Handlers).
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems.
Extensive knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) as they relate to Teamcenter performance and scalability.
Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with various deployment models, including on-premise, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Teamcenter customization (e.g., Java, C++, JavaScript).
Preferred Qualification
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter certifications).
Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) architecture and advanced customization.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools as applied to Teamcenter development and deployment.
Familiarity with other PLM platforms or CAD systems.
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Energy+, Aerospace, Automotive).
