The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of finance processes and hands-on expertise in the Fixed Assets and Project Accounting modules. This role bridges finance stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure successful ERP implementation, optimization, and support.
    Key Responsibilities
    Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical/ERP teams.Analyze, document, and translate finance business requirements into functional specifications.Configure and support Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with a focus on:General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts ReceivableFixed Assets (capitalization, depreciation, valuation, disposals)Project Accounting (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition)Support implementation, upgrade, and integration projects for Finance in D365 F&O.Collaborate with finance teams to optimize end-to-end processes.Perform gap analysis and propose system/process improvements.Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Work closely with solution architects, developers, and testing teams to validate solutions.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP/Finance systems (preferably D365 F&O).Proven hands-on experience in Fixed Assets and Project Accounting modules.Strong understanding of financial processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting, Budgeting, Reporting.Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.Excellent communication skills to interact with both finance and IT stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.(Optional/Nice to have) Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of finance processes and hands-on expertise in the Fixed Assets and Project Accounting modules. This role bridges finance stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure successful ERP implementation, optimization, and support.
    Key Responsibilities
    Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical/ERP teams.Analyze, document, and translate finance business requirements into functional specifications.Configure and support Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with a focus on:General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts ReceivableFixed Assets (capitalization, depreciation, valuation, disposals)Project Accounting (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition)Support implementation, upgrade, and integration projects for Finance in D365 F&O.Collaborate with finance teams to optimize end-to-end processes.Perform gap analysis and propose system/process improvements.Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Work closely with solution architects, developers, and testing teams to validate solutions.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP/Finance systems (preferably D365 F&O).Proven hands-on experience in Fixed Assets and Project Accounting modules.Strong understanding of financial processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting, Budgeting, Reporting.Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.Excellent communication skills to interact with both finance and IT stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.(Optional/Nice to have) Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).
