Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document configurations, procedures, and build network diagrams. Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated network and security issues. Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as needed. Available for after hours escalations.
