  • Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Brand Expert team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Brand Expert team you will need strong artistry, sales and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learnt in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. The Freelance Brand Expert role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. Always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, the Freelance Brand Expert drives business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The Freelance Brand Expert will reflect the brand values and customer base. Responsible for achieving sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with unique and personalized shopping experience. Main Duties: Sales: Strive to achieves event sales goals, and sales per hour target. Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines. Customer Service: Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service. Team Work: Demonstrate a positive a cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and creativity at all times. Operations: Ensure the counter/gondola is “customer ready” from open to close of business Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards. Clean display units, tools and testers throughout the day. Assist with maintaining the required inventory levels to include stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment. Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with Sales and Artistry Executive. Assist in the execution of events Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns. Maintain high standards managing schedule, clocking in and out and submitting time sheets on payroll application (allwork) #J-18808-Ljbffr

  • Beauty Advisor Job Description Overall purpose of the role: An ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Beauty Advisor will reflect the brand values and customer base. Responsible for achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to our customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities Sales: Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT). Communicate and manage agreed goals. Responsible for being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the Company guidelines. Customer Service: Manage customer queries through the use of sound judgement and achieving positive outcomes. Build partnership with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to ensure continuous training and development of the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in both areas of service and artistry. Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience. Proactively anticipate staffing needs, including sourcing and selecting talent to deliver business objectives, inclusive of a bench for freelance and permanent staff. Determine individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan. Analyze business performance and proactively plan strategy within day-to-day business and events. Consistently promote the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers. Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service. Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings and a collaborative management style. Ensure that the counter is ‘customer ready’ from open to close of business. Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files. Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team. Maintain technology on counter. Raise operational issues for resolution in a timely manner. Store and Retail Partner Relationships: Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail operations team. Schedule team to optimize coverage according to customer flow. Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards. Maintain the store standards and policies at all times.
