Forward, Together with Charter, achieving your possible. Overview : Charter is currently seeking an experienced IT Server Administrator for projects starting March 2025. Working within a team, the ideal resource will have 5+ years of Server Administration experience designing, implementing, and supporting the on-prem server environment (2022/2019) and Azure cloud environment (ie Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy). Previous experience designing and administering VMware vSphere (ESXi and vCenter) and supporting VMware Horizon would be a strong asset. Some travel is required within Saskatchewan. Location: Regina, SK. Term: 12 months. High possibility of extensions. Responsibilities : Design, implement, and administer the Microsoft on-prem Server environment and Azure cloud environment. Support the VMware environment including VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon. Monitor, performance tune, troubleshoot and resolve system problems. Manage and maintain server disaster recovery including planning, implementation, maintenance, and testing. Manage and maintain the configuration, administration, upgrade, and maintenance of operational technology servers and related infrastructure. Qualifications and Experience : 5+ years of Server Administration experience designing, implementing, and administering Microsoft on-prem server environment and Azure cloud environment (ie Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy administration). Experience designing and administering VMware vSphere (ESXi and vCenter) Experience administering VMware Horizon. Experience implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Servers (2022/2019). Experience designing and administering Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy. Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) administration. Experience administering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent. Travel within Saskatchewan may be required, including occasional overnight stay. Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required. Must be authorized to work in Canada.   • IT Project Manager

Forward, Together with Charter, achieving your possible. Overview : Charter is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a 6-month assignment starting March 2025. The ideal resource will have 8+ years of PM experience managing business applications (ie. M365, MS Dynamics, MS Power Apps) and IT infrastructure projects, utilizing industry standard methodologies (ie Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Experience managing full project life cycle, creating project documentation, risk management, and working collaboratively with internal/external teams is required. Experience with COTS systems, custom development, business architecture, and Operations is an asset.Previous experience in Health sector projects would be considered an asset. PMP certification is mandatory. Location: Vancouver BC (Hybrid). Term: Six (6) months. High possibility of extensions. Candidates must reside in Canada for the duration of the project. Qualifications and Experience : 8+ years of recent direct Project Management experience in managing IT business applications and infrastructure projects. Experience delivering projects in MS, i.e., M365, Microsoft Dynamics, MS Power Apps. Experience in managing agile projects, hybrid projects and waterfall projects through full project lifecycle. Experience with commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) systems, custom development, business architecture, and operations. Experience in risk management and change management. Experience creating project documents, such as project charter and project management plan, including preparation of briefing documents for the senior leadership. Experience in managing business driven or business transformation projects. Experience in Health sector projects would be considered an asset. Education: Active PMP or PRINCE II certification is mandatory. ITIL, ACP, CSM certification would be a strong asset. Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.   • Senior Account Manager

    Summary: The Senior Account Manager will join alongside our 100+ strong family team, to generate new sales in new accounts with the most complete solution sales offerings available in Canada. Working closely with the likes of Juniper, Cisco, Extreme, Nutanix, and Tintri, along with Charter's in house highly certified, highly respected team of engineers and specialists, the Senior Account Manager's job will be to seek out new opportunities to provide the best business and technology solutions for customers across the country and around the world. Location: Vancouver Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Successfully promote, develop and sell Charter as a full service, high value-added IT network systems integrator into new enterprise and service provider accounts across Canada Develop and maintain multiple levels of account relationships with medium and large accounts Able to develop strategies and tactics to acquire new accounts to Charter Possess and maintain an exceptional level of technical knowledge of the company’s broad array of products and services Develop new business models both inside and outside of Charter’s existing client base Qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities to meet/exceed required sales targets in both the product and services categories Demonstrate a high level of cross company teamwork in all activities Work in a team like manner with all Charter’s external business partners to develop best in class offerings to our customers’ challenges and needs Detailed intimacy of overall network and communications architecture in large and medium accounts, and able to map Charter offerings that can deliver desired business outcomes Maintain a solid understanding of the overall technology sector and market changes, from basic requirements to major industry impacting directions Engage, develop and deliver compelling high end, high value customer presentations Other projects and duties as required. Key Qualifications: At least 5-8 years of experience with a proven record of success in IT Networking sales, detailed account management and business consulting sales skills The ability to bring in a book of business that includes relevant clientele An enterprise-focused account management acumen and a comfort dealing with larger sales partners A track record of making quota / closing forecasted deals, including solid weekly forecasting, account heat mapping, pre and post sales process, and ongoing account management skills in both Enterprise and Service Provider accounts Work effectively and cooperatively with inside sales, administrative logistics and technical teams Relentless pursuit in driving sales opportunities through the sales forecast funnel to closure Proficiency and deep understanding of complex networking solutions is imperative Competitive adeptness in setting the stage, business savvy, a strong customer focus, self-confidence, and an ability to manage business relations A proven ability to develop long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with large accounts, including some expertise at financial modeling and executive level deal discussion An existing base of strong relationships with new prospective accounts to which you could sell Charter solutions Proven winning RFP response experience, including thorough working knowledge in using all Microsoft office tools A university degree in business or related area will prove to be an asset Excellent qualifying skills, closing skills Personal Attributes / Core Competencies: Self-starter, independent worker, intelligent and driven to succeed - strategic and tactical Well spoken, presentable, good communications skills (written and oral) Eager to learn and develop If you believe you are the right fit and have what it takes to be Charter's latest and greatest Senior Account Manager, please apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
