    Role Overview
    The Category Assistant is responsible for the integrity of product data, promotional execution, and sales reporting. You will serve as the primary engine for departmental workflows, ensuring that pricing, signage, and promotional fixtures are accurately submitted and communicated to salons. This role requires a high level of detail, proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp), and a knack for data entry.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Data Management & Pricing IntegrityExecute high-volume data entry for Digital Flyers and Merchandising Guides Manage the end-to-end pricing workflow: from initial submission via ClickUp to final validationProcess New Product Forms (NPF) and coordinate attribute changes to maintain an accurate Master Data catalogManage all discrepancies and inquiries as it relates to pricing and master data integrity2. Promotional & Visual Merchandising  CoordinationSubmit and track promotional fixture guides and signage requests through JotForm and ClickUp.Ensure all promo pricing is validated before store-level implementation to prevent customer friction.Coordinate "disposition submissions" to manage end-of-life product cycles.3. Reporting & CommunicationCompile and distribute Monthly Sales and Billback reports.Own the "What's the Chatter" weekly store communication via JotForm, ensuring store teams have the most current operational updates.Act as the primary administrator for ClickUp and JotForm workflows within the category management scope.Required Skills & QualificationsSystems Proficiency: Experience with ClickUp (or similar PM tools) and JotForm is highly preferred. Mastery of excel and office tools. Experience with Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with sales data and complex spreadsheets.Precision: Exceptional data entry skills; you are someone who catches the "typo" before it becomes a pricing error.Communication: Ability to distill complex merchandising updates into clear, actionable memos for retail staff.Success MetricsAccuracy: Zero-error rate in pricing validation and digital flyer entries.Timeliness: Meeting all weekly deadlines for store communications and monthly reporting cycles.Efficiency: Streamlining the submission process in ClickUp to reduce bottlenecks.Ready to help us build the future of beauty?
