Who You Are You are an experienced Product Leader and are eager to take CIRA’s Cybersecurity and DNS products to the next level. What You Will Do In collaboration with the Vice President, Cybersecurity and DNS Services, define and articulate the product vision for CIRA’s Cybersecurity and DNS suite of products and services. Lead a team of product managers to execute on the product strategies, including the development and enhancement of our Cybersecurity and DNS products and features; ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams, including engineering, sales and marketing to ensure that our products are successfully launched and integrated into the market, and that the voice of the customer is heard. Act as a CIRA thought leader and ambassador for the Cybersecurity business, participating in media engagement, partnerships and more. Conduct market research and analysis to identify and understand trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs. Responsible for allocating budgets to drive growth, maximize profitability, and achieve desired outcomes. What You Bring 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 5+ years of experience developing products in the SAAS space, with a focus on Cybersecurity, endpoint technology or networking. Strong organizational and planning skills, including a bias to action and make decisions in a timely manner, to empower teams to collaborate and execute on roadmaps. Excellent communication skills to champion CIRA’s product development to our diverse internal and external stakeholders. Overview The Chief Technology & Security Officer (CTSO) at CIRA reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of CIRA’s Executive Leadership Team. The CTSO is responsible for setting and advancing the organization’s enterprise technology and security strategy in alignment with CIRA’s mission, growth objectives, and public-interest mandate. The CTSO provides strategic leadership across enterprise infrastructure, internal platforms and tooling, enterprise security, service delivery and corporate IT. This role is accountable for defining the future direction of CIRA’s internal technology environment, including the evolution of the base technology platforms, the enterprise architecture roadmap, and the organization’s approach to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Operating within a federated model where engineering resources sit within business units, the CTSO directly leads and manages CIRA’s Information Technology, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure teams, while influencing technology practices across the broader organization. The CTSO leads through a combination of direct accountability, partnership, and clarity of standards rather than end-to-end delivery ownership for all engineering functions.
