  • Talent Acquisition Lead

    Role: Talent Acquisition LeadLocation: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

    We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who is energized by building — building teams,building processes, and building a strong, authentic employer brand in the market.This role owns full-cycle recruitment end to end for corporate roles and supports hiringneeds across the field. Beyond filling roles, this person will help us level up how we hire:strengthening our ATS, clarifying processes, partnering closely with leaders, and ensuringcandidates experience our culture long before they walk through the door.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both execution and evolution — someonewho can recruit today while setting us up better for tomorrow.
    What You’ll Do
    Full-Cycle Recruitment (End to End) ● Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, from intake and sourcing throughoffer and onboarding● Support recruitment needs for field-based roles, partnering closely with hiringleaders● Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on role scoping, market insights, and hiringdecisions● Manage a high-touch, transparent, and human candidate experience
    Talent Strategy & Process Building ● Help design, document, and continuously improve recruitment processes that areclear, scalable, and practical● Play a lead role in upgrading or optimizing our ATS, ensuring it supports both thebusiness and the candidate experience● Build consistent hiring practices while maintaining flexibility for different teamsand roles● Track and use recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
    Employer Brand & Market Presence ● Help shape and activate our employment brand so it genuinely reflects who weare and how we work● Keep us connected to the talent market through networking, sourcing strategies,and thoughtful outreach● Partner with HR and leaders to ensure our culture, values, and employeeexperience are reflected in how we hire● Represent the organization professionally and authentically in the candidatemarket
    Partnership & Culture ● Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs andupcoming talent priorities● Bring a collaborative, people-first mindset to every interaction — with candidatesand internal partners alike● Contribute to a hiring culture rooted in respect, inclusion, clarity, and trust
    What You Bring ● 5+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in anin-house or high-impact agency role● Proven experience owning full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles● Experience supporting field or multi-location hiring is an asset● Exposure to North American recruitment (Canada and/or U.S.) is an asset — or astrong desire to learn and grow in this space● Experience working with or helping implement an ATS; comfort improvingprocesses and systems● Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach with leaders● A balance of hustle and thoughtfulness — organized, proactive, andpeople-centered.
