About You We are seeking a Performance Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives on driving results and understands the nuances of working with nonprofits, particularly within the Muslim community. If you’re not obsessed with conversions or can’t operate independently without handholding, this role isn’t for you. We need a proactive expert who can execute with precision and deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Independently manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp platforms, focusing on donor acquisition and retention. Landing Page Development: Collaborate with the web development team to design, implement, and optimize landing pages that maximize conversions. Creative Packaging: Develop and package high-converting ad creatives (copy, video, and images) for the media buying team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals. Weekly Creative Cycles: Spearhead the creation of new ad copy, visuals, and campaigns on a weekly basis to maintain a steady flow of high-performance assets. Direct Response Strategy: Continuously innovate and execute direct response marketing strategies to acquire new donors and increase campaign ROI. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA on campaigns, landing pages, and creatives to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client goals. Rapid Deployment: Launch campaigns quickly and efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality or performance. Performance Optimization: Use analytics and A/B testing to monitor, analyze, and refine campaign performance for improved conversions. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Execution: Oversee and implement weekly email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, particularly during key periods like Ramadan, tailored to the Muslim community. Client Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to nonprofit clients, understanding their goals and challenges to deliver measurable, impactful results. Web Development Coordination: Work with the web team to integrate marketing tools and ensure landing pages are functional, fast, and optimized for donor engagement.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in account management, client services, or a similar role in a professional services or agency environment, with a focus on nonprofits. Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Google Ads: Demonstrated expertise in creating and optimizing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), SMS tools, WhatsApp marketing. Landing Page Proficiency: Experience with tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress for designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages. Direct Response Marketing: Proven ability to create and execute campaigns that drive measurable results, including A/B testing and retargeting strategies. Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including creative, media buying, and web development teams, to align on campaign goals. Self-Starter: Highly proactive and able to work independently with minimal oversight, consistently delivering high-quality results. Cultural Awareness: In-depth understanding of the Muslim community, its values, and key observances like Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah. Analytical Skills: Expertise in campaign performance analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Tools Proficiency: Strong experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
