    Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides a wide variety of nursing services to patients and families. The RN applies standard nursing processes, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, while also teaching, counseling, and advocating for patients and their families.

    The RN practices in accordance with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) standards and scope of practice, the Operating Room Nurses Association of Canada (ORNAC) standards and scope of practice, and facility policies and procedures. The RN possesses the education and clinical experience necessary to assess, treat, and educate patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after surgical procedures.Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operations by anticipating needs and providing necessary instruments and supplies.Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia responses, and overall condition throughout surgical procedures.Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Document patient care accurately and in compliance with provincial regulations and hospital policies.Participate in patient education and post-operative care instructions.Adhere to all health and safety policies, including emergency procedures and equipment usage.Mentor and support junior staff or students, as required.
    Required Qualifications:Completion of an accredited nursing education program.Active/eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) perioperative nursing certification/Completion of a post-secondary educational institution perioperative nursing program/Equivalent in education and experience.Ability to perform consistently in a highly organized, rapid moving, complex environment.Ability to collaborate within the expectations of a highly complex integrated team.Ability to wear lead apron protection for an extended period of time.The ability to cope and effectively perform in stressful and/or emergent situations is essential.

    Regina Surgical Centre, a division of Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for a casual Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT)/ X-Ray Technologist.

    The Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT):Is the Responsible User of all radiology equipment.Will perform a variety of standard technical radiological examinations on patients, including fluoroscopy.Prepares and assesses patients for radiological examinationsWill produce high quality diagnostic images for physician review.Is responsible for the care and maintenance of all radiology equipment.
    Key Responsibilities:Ensure the radiology equipment and auxiliary equipment function correctly and are maintained properly.Follow documented safe operating procedures for the equipment.Practices effective radiation protection, infection control, and safety techniques as applicable.Handle all personal information and all personal health information according to the appropriate governing privacy legislation.Perform quality assurance and quality control activities according to equipment manufacturer's instructions and all applicable industry standards.Ensure all images are saved and filed in the appropriate medical record.
    Qualifications:Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program.Active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).Must have experience with fluoroscopy in an operating room environment.

    Clearpoint Health Network is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (French/English) to support our Quebec operations while partnering closely with the National Recruiter on recruitment initiatives across Canada. This hybrid role is based out of one of our Centres in Quebec or Ontario and is evenly split, with 50% focused on recruitment and 50% on HR Generalist responsibilities. The role works collaboratively with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and site administrators to support operational and people priorities.

    The HR Generalist plays a critical role in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources services, including full-cycle recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, and the execution of HR programs. This position contributes to HR strategies that support talent attraction, engagement, compliance, retention, and performance, with a strong emphasis on healthcare recruitment.

    HR Generalist Support – Quebec (50%):Provide HR guidance and partner with French-speaking leadership teams on HR strategies, ensuring clear and effective communication in both official languages.Support change management initiatives and deliver tailored HR solutions.Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires in French.Support employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition activities, and team-building efforts.Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with Quebec labour standards and language legislation.Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with the HR Director and HR Business Partners.Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to support retention strategies.Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.Participate in workplace health and safety committees and initiatives.
    Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Experience:Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.Demonstrated experience with Quebec employment standards and employee relations.
