We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician/General Practitioner to join our dynamic, newly established clinic in a bustling community of Hanover, Ontario. Key Features & Compensation
Extremely Competitive Overhead Split and Generous Split (OHIP Billing and more).
Highly Competitive Annual Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population across all age groups.
Perform thorough patient assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases and coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate.
Deliver preventive care services, including health screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards (Experience with Accuro/Telus EMR System is an asset).
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare professionals (including pharmacists and specialists like Psychiatrists, Allergists, and Rheumatologists) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
CPSO Physician's license / CPSO Number (required) .
Experience practicing in hospital and/or community clinical settings.
Strong understanding of primary care principles and best practices.
Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in medication management and clinical decision-making.
Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
