The Role:Conduct 1-call close consultations for a $3,000 transformation programManage a remote calendar and lead pipelineFollow up with prospects and provide guidance aligned with our clients valuesSell with integrity and deep alignment with the mission of personal and spiritual transformation
The Ideal Candidate:Bilingual in French (Canada) and English1+ year experience closing high-ticket coaching, consulting, or transformation offersPassionate about quantum physics, personal development, or spiritual growthRemote-ready: clean background, high-quality mic/camera, punctualSelf-motivated and able to manage leads with little oversight
Compensation:OTE = $110K - $150K/yr with upside potential for top performers (commission-only role)This includes a $5k/mo draw for the first 60 days of ramp upCommissions are tiered between 10%-15% depending on your close rate
