Assign, schedule, and review repair and inspection work across the fleet. Support and coach mechanics in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and drivetrain issues. Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are met in accordance with MTO and company standards. Oversee accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and safety checks. Répondre aux appels sur la route et effectuer des réparations mobiles au besoin afin d'assurer la continuité du service. Qualifications et expérience Détention d'un certificat valide de technicien(ne) 310T - Camion et autocar. Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience avec des véhicules diesel lourds (de préférence dans un environnement de flotte, d'autocars ou de transport en commun). Maîtrise démontrée des logiciels de diagnostic et systèmes d'entretien informatisés. Solide compréhension des systèmes électriques, moteurs diesel, freins et réparations hydrauliques.
