You’ll be responsible forLeading, coaching and developing a multi level maintenance team, building trust and consistency Improving preventative and predictive maintenance using CMMS insightsTroubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectivelyManaging key KPIs such as downtime and CMMS complianceCollaborating with Production, Engineering and Quality to support installations and continuous improvement
You’ll needMinimum seven years manufacturing maintenance experience with strong technical grounding Early career hands on experience plus proven leadershipCMMS experience as essential, ideally including systems like FIIXStrong troubleshooting skills with a root cause mindsetThe ability to coach, motivate and influence a varied team
Location: This is a full time on site role in Langley, British Columbia. Some weekend or on call cover may be required.
