Community is looking for a Account Director – Integrated Marketing to join our creative family! Position Overview: The Account Director (AD) is senior position within the agency responsible for overseeing the execution of integrated advertising campaigns for clients. The AD will act as the key senior point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of all integrated program elements. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, leading strategy development, driving campaign performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Management and Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Ensure a deep understanding of clients' business, goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. Provide strategic counsel to clients, guiding them through the development and execution of integrated campaigns. Present and communicate campaign concepts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients at the senior level. Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead (and/or oversee) the development of integrated advertising strategies that span across traditional and digital channels. Work closely with creative, media, digital, experiential and production teams to ensure cohesive and innovative campaign development and execution. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations and timelines. Oversee the budgeting and scheduling of campaigns to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, coordinators, and other account staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, digital, analytics, and production to develop integrated marketing solutions. Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure that client goals and campaign objectives are achieved. Business Development and Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of work with existing clients, proposing new services and innovative solutions. Play an active role in pitch processes for new business, including developing proposals and presenting to prospective clients. Drive the agency’s growth by strengthening client relationships and contributing to account retention and profitability. Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the tracking and measurement of campaign performance, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on performance data and industry trends. Manage the preparation of reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign successes and areas for optimization. Financial Management: Manage account budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with campaign goals. Approve and monitor client invoices, ensuring that all work is billed correctly and in a timely manner. Work with finance teams to track account profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years in integrated advertising or marketing, with at least 1 year in an Account Director or equivalent leadership role. Skills: Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social, and experiential channels. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns and drive results. Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising industry trends, tools, and platforms, as well as an understanding of consumer behavior and market research.     Department: Integrated Marketing Role: Account Manager Reports to: Account Supervisor Overview: We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team at Community. As part of our integrated advertising team, you’ll serve as the main liaison between our clients and internal teams—ensuring campaigns across digital, traditional, social and experiential are executed flawlessly, on time, and on budget. This is an essential role at Community that blends creative collaboration and project management. You will lead day-to-day client communications, support the development of creative briefs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that drives results. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Understand clients’ businesses, industries, and marketing objectives. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Project & Campaign Management Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, TV, radio, and experiential platforms. Lead branding projects from naming and visual identity, through to the development of in-market asset. Write clear and strategic creative briefs. Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resources. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production, digital, etc.) to ensure project alignment. Ensure work meets client expectations and agency standards. Strategic & Creative Contribution Contribute to strategic planning, brand development, and campaign ideation. Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews. Offer insights and recommendations based on performance metrics and market trends. Reporting & Analysis Track campaign performance, gather data, and prepare post-campaign reports. Communicate key insights and optimization strategies to clients. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in account management or project management within an advertising, creative, or integrated marketing agency. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, broadcast, print, experiential). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation. A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Nice to Have: Experience with media planning and buying processes. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Knowledge of production processes across different media types.
