    About The Role We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead performance across our Ontario Central region. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with regular travel to clinics across the region.

    As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you’ll drive revenue growth, coach and develop clinic leaders, and ensure a high standard of patient experience across a network of clinics.

    The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is ideally based in the Halton region.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing network of clinic teams

    Drive sales performance across revenue, conversion, and demand generation

    Translate national strategies into strong regional execution

    Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

    Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance

    Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Operations

    Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across your region

    Strengthen community partnerships and referral networks

    Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all clinics

    Travel regularly to clinics to support, coach, and engage teams

    What You Bring

    8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (multi‑site preferred)

    Proven ability to lead and inspire high‑performing teams

    Strong business acumen with a track record of driving results

    Experience in retail, healthcare, or a service‑based industry is an asset

    Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship‑building skills

    Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

    Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular travel

    Valid driver’s license

    What You’ll Get

    Competitive base salary: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)

    Quarterly bonus opportunity: up to 30% of base salary
