ROLE PURPOSE
The Home Share Program is a residential option in which an adult with a developmental disability lives with a caregiver who is contracted with Connective to provide ongoing daily support. The Home Share Provider role is to provide a safe home environment where adults can develop social and life skills to ready themselves to reach their full potential for independence. The Home Share Provider applying for this posting will be required to move into the individual’s existing home in the Skeena Street area in Vancouver.
