SCADA and Pi Solutions: Design and implement Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems and Pi solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Architecture and Design Patterns: Provide guidance on adopting microservices, MVC, and other design patterns to modernize our application architecture. Technology Transition: Lead the transition from monolithic applications to service-based architectures, including API development and application containerization. Legacy System Upgrade: Collaborate with teams to upgrade legacy applications in Visual Basic 6, Centura, and Gupta to modern technologies. React Framework: Leverage the React framework to enhance user interface development and create dynamic, responsive web applications. Data Platform Development: Architect and implement robust data platforms to support data-driven decision-making and analytics. Business Intelligence and Al: Integrate Business Intelligence tools and Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance data insights and drive innovation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, processes, and standards. SAP Implementation: Oversee and guide the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design and architecture is a priority. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. Strong expertise in SAP implementation, Microsoft Azure, API management, DevOps, SCADA systems, and Pi solutions. Experience with architecture and design patterns, including microservices and MVC. Familiarity with transitioning from monolithic to service-based architectures and containerizing applications. Experience with Angular, React, .NET, SQL, and upgrading legacy systems in Visual Basic 6, Centura, and Gupta. Expertise in data platform development, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence. Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SAP Certification, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
