We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help manage turnovers for our short-term rental property. This role involves ensuring the home is clean, stocked, and ready to welcome our next guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning of the entire property after each guest stay
• Change and launder all bedding and towels (on-site)
• Replenish hygiene and hospitality supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
• Inspect the property for any damages or missing items and report them promptly
• Restage the property according to standard setup (we will provide a checklist)
• Ensure property is guest-ready by check-in time
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel operations (preferred but not required)
• Has a high attention to detail and takes pride in creating a spotless, welcoming space
• Can work independently and follow checklists
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Owns a vehicle or has reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends and between 10am–4pm
Supplies Provided:
We will provide cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and a property checklist to follow. Laundry equipment is available on-site.
