  • UX Copywriter  

    - Toronto

    Our client is looking for a Content Designer/ UX Writer to join their team on a contract basis. This will be 6+ months in duration, fulltime hours per week. The client is also requesting 1-2x per week onsite, Downtown Toronto.
    You will be: - Writing UX-focused copy: wireframes, annotations, chatbot content, FAQs, web portal copy and in-app messaging. - You will be working with a team of Product Designers, Researchers and other writers. - You will be working with a financial client, on a consumer facing banking application, and other enterprise level applications. - Creating copy for user flows and interactive prototypes.
    Skills needed: - 6+ years of experience working in Content Design, UX Writing or Copywriting, specifically for a financial client. - A portfolio showcasing your UX writing; case studies, website samples etc.

  • Senior Designer / Art Director (Experiential + 3D) Full-time perm $75,000- $90,000/annually Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office (midtown Toronto)
    Position Overview Our client is looking for a talented Senior Designer / Art Director to lead their creative team in developing innovative visual concepts for experiential marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D/XM design and a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.
    Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the creative team to deliver outstanding visual concepts for various projects. Develop and execute innovative design strategies for experiential marketing campaigns. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions. Oversee the production of high-quality 3D designs and visual materials. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire creative ideation. Ensure that all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
    Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Strong skills in 3D design and experiential marketing concepts. Proven ability to develop creative concepts and bring them to fruition. Excellent communication, leadership skills, and presentation skills.

  • Senior Product Designer  

    - Toronto

    Our corporate client is looking for a Product Designer to join their team- this will be specifically working on Design Systems . It is 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, 1-2x per week onsite downtown Toronto.
    You will be focusing specifically on Design Systems, so you would need to showcase this work in your portfolio.
    What you'll be doing: - Designing and creating reusable components in Figma, that can be used across the platform. - Collaborating with other Designers and Developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with the platform's needs. - Publishing and updating design libraries in Figma to ensure that components are readily accessible. - Ensuring that all new components meet WCAG standards for accessibility. - Designing responsive web components, creating wireframes, user journeys, site maps etc. - Working with an investing /wealth client.
    Skills needed: - 5+ years of experience in UX and UI, with strong expertise in building design systems . - Previous experience building a design system and components. - A portfolio or work to showcase this experience.

    Our corporate client is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team on a contract basis. This will be remote, and fulltime hours per week.
    What you'll be doing: - Designing print and digital creative assets; marketing assets, PPT decks, social media, GIFs, emails, banners, landing pages, OOH assets, as well as brochures, reports and sales materials. - Reworking existing files (reformatting, resizing and retouching as needed) - Bringing new ideas to the designs - Working in Adobe CS and Figma.
    Skills needed: - 5+ years of experience - Print, digital and video experience - Financial services and/or corporate design experience - Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Powerpoint etc.

    Our software client is looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our company's frontend framework. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our UX and frontend development teams to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the framework, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our business goals.
    Responsibilities:
    Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the vision and strategy for the frontend framework. Conduct research and gather feedback from internal stakeholders (developers, designers) and external users to identify needs and opportunities. Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for the framework, outlining key initiatives, features, and timelines. Create and maintain relevant documentation, including proposals, specifications, and presentations.
    Agile Process & Backlog Management: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions for the UX and frontend development teams. Create and refine user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and technically feasible. Prioritize the backlog based on value, dependencies, and technical considerations. Manage JIRA to track progress, dependencies, and impediments.
    Technical Development: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure alignment between the product vision and technical implementation. Participate in code reviews to provide feedback and ensure quality. Contribute to coding tasks as needed, leveraging your technical expertise. Stay up-to-date on the latest frontend technologies and trends.
    Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate effectively with other Product Owners and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on priorities and dependencies. Communicate the frontend framework roadmap and progress to relevant stakeholders

  • Senior Digital Producer  

    - Toronto

    Our agency client is looking for a Senior Producer to join their team on a freelance basis. This will be for 3-5 months at a time, and will be 100% remote. You must be based in Ontario.
    As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership of any number of digital media initiatives, which will include: large-scale digital advertising campaigns, social and mobile application development, product management, complex website development, and website redesigns and maintenance.
    The ideal candidate will have: An agency background Mid level to Senior level experience (no hand holding) Client facing and account management experience Experience managing projects including: website redesigns, performance ads, banners, emails and CRM programs, social media assets etc.
    Skills requested: Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet and Jira Must be fluent in social media and mobile trends and capabilities Must be proficient with server setups and still and animated asset production Has Agile project leadership experience Must be able to build and cultivate relationships across departments as well as with our clients
