Our corporate healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Designer/ Graphic Designer to join their team, on a freelance basis, for about 12 weeks +/-. This will be remote, and you will need to use your own laptop. This role will be 30-40 hours per week, starting early July, and will be 8-12 weeks in duration (with high chance of extension). You must have experience working in Adobe Workfront. What you will be doing: Working on marketing materials; brochures, corporate reports, presentation decks, infographics, website content, emails, social media posts, branding assets etc. You will create and manage visual content to support marketing and branding initiatives. Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms by developing and adhering to brand guidelines. Contributing creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Managing marketing calendars, timelines, and design assets to ensure timely delivery. Working with fellow Designers in Workfront . Skills needed: Experience using Adobe Workfront , as a PM tool. Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite ; Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Premiere etc. 4-9 years of experience ideally; this role is for an Intermediate/ low-Senior Designer. You must have your own laptop with the full Adobe Creative Suite on it, as well as Workfront (the client will give you access to groups).
Our consulting agency client is looking for a Content Designer / UX Writer to join their team. This will be 6+ months, 40 hours per week, onsite downtown 2x per week. You will be working on B2C and B2B onboarding optimization flows. You will be working on a team of UX Designers and UX Writers. Writing copy for wireframes, content flows, user journeys, interviews etc. Planning, creating, and managing content to ensure it is clear, engaging, and valuable for its target audience. Creating content strategies that focus on the digital product by using design thinking. Designing and delivering product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, product naming and more. Skills required: 3-8 years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer. Portfolio of samples to showcase, ie case studies. Ability to work onsite 2-3x per week downtown.

Our corporate client is looking for a Production Designer to join their team. This will be remote. Ideally starting at the end of July (or sooner) and you will be working 30-40 hours per week (9-5, daytime hours). Workfront experience is IMPORTANT. You must have the latest Adobe Creative Suite software on your computer. What you will be doing: - You will be working on your laptop, primarily in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign). This will be print- focused. - You will be laying out designs for posters, brochures, take-aways, one-pagers, slides etc. - You will be reformatting existing designs, building templates etc. - You will be preparing files for print. - You will be working in Workfront. Senior Production Designer Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of professional production design experience - Has experience reviewing work and providing feedback to less experienced Production Designers - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Expert in InDesign - Expertise using ADOBE WORKFRONT. - Experience working within a project management system to intake requests a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
