High-Velocity, High-Quality: Hands-on to produce clean maintainable code which serves as an example for others. Quick code review life cycle with multiple deployments done per day. Can jump into backend development to get unblocked with guidance. Proactive Contributor: Actively identifies opportunities to enhance processes and technology. Regularly looks for ways to improve front end performance and make the experience more responsive and cohesive for the user. Participates in team initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
