Cleaner position 2Hours and every second Sunday 4 Hours (Sunday after 1.00PM ) and 1.5hr (Thursday after 5pm)We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including commercial spaces. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while performing custodial duties. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and presentable for both employees and visitors.This is a subcontracting position. You will receive biweekly payments without tax deductions. At the end of the year, Csight Atlantic Cleaners will provide a T4A slip to the subcontractor, who will then be responsible for filing their own taxes.A background check would be performed on expense of sub-contractor or they can provide their own which should not be more than 90 days older.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.Operate vacuum cleaner effectively for various cleaning tasks.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing all cleaning duties.RequirementsProficient time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.50-$17.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Language:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
