We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team in supporting various operational tasks across our farm and industrial sites. This role is vital in maintaining smooth daily operations, assisting with equipment handling, and supporting the overall productivity of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on safety and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the maintenance and operation of farm machinery and equipmentPerform heavy lifting tasks to move materials, supplies, or equipment as neededSupport the setup and breakdown of work areas for daily activities or special projectsHelp with the loading and unloading of supplies, products, or machinery partsMaintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety standards are metFollow safety protocols at all times during physical tasks and machinery operationSupport team members in various manual tasks to ensure project deadlines are metRequirementsPhysical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workdayBasic mechanical knowledge to assist with farm machinery maintenance and troubleshootingExperience working with farm machinery is preferred but not required; training will be providedAbility to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is a plusStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPrior experience in agricultural or industrial settings is advantageous but not mandatoryPay: From $16.50 per hourWork Location: In person
