    Encourage continual growth of the People Networks (Employee Resource Groups), managing their overall strategic direction, facilitating high-impact meetings, advising on annual proposals and overseeing the execution of key projects to support D&I goals
    Design and deliver firm wide education and training strategies to raise firm members’ awareness of, and engagement with, underrepresented groups
    Partner with the firm’s communications team to develop content for internal and external D&I communications, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels, including website and social media
    Champion the biannual Diversity & Engagement survey, leveraging data-driven insights to support D&I strategic planning and guide firm leadership in making informed decisions; Lead efforts to integrate survey results into organizational initiatives and employee engagement practices
    Actively participate in the Avenue Black and Indigenous Undergraduate Law Internship Program, including contributing to the curriculum committee to enhance program quality and structure
    Manage and oversee the full-time D&I Coordinator based in Montréal, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of D&I initiatives across the firm
    Bachelor's degree (advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field is a plus)
    A minimum of three years of experience managing D&I initiatives at a mid-senior level, including developing and executing complex D&I strategies
    Understanding of D&I in corporate environments (knowledge of the legal sector is an asset)

    Apply technical skills to support legal teams in understanding and interpreting data
    Load processed data into eDiscovery databases for review and analysis
    Prepare and export data in various formats as required by legal and regulatory standards
    Maintain strict adherence to data integrity and confidentiality standards
    Prepare reports detailing data processing, analysis and status updates as required
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or relevant experience
    Proficient with eDiscovery software, such as Relativity
    Flexible to work outside regular working hours, when necessary
    Highly technical with the ability to learn new software with ease
