Are you a skilled small animal veterinarian seeking a supportive, patient-focused environment surrounded by the beauty of nature? Our well-established veterinary practice, set against a backdrop of majestic mountains and lush trees, is looking for a full-time veterinarian with a primary focus on surgery with some appointments. Part-time arrangements can be considered for the right candidate. You will work alongside another experienced veterinarian who primarily manages appointments, allowing you to focus on surgical care.

Brand new hospital built last year
Equipment includes DR x-ray, dental x-ray, Idexx blood machines, cryopen, capnography
Competent support staff/great team
Long-time established clinic with new non-corporate owners
We work a lot with the local shelters/rescues to give back to the community
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, and licensed (or eligible) to practice in Canada
Strong surgical skills and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities-willing to pitch in with all aspects of the work
Dedication to high standards of patient and client care
Compensation Package
$110000-$140000 depending on experience, pro rata part-time
4 weeks PTO
CE budget $2500 per year (can be negotiated for specific circumstances)
College fees paid
Will be looking into health benefits

Starbucks once a week :)
