What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager, you will build long term relationships with senior executive clients (i.e., C-suite, EVP, SVP level) across the Financial Services Industry. You will also: identify and lead business development opportunities; assume overall leadership in the delivery of projects, supported by a core team of Consultants; apply a strong knowledge of industry trends and business practices; contribute to the growth and development of the Strategy & Business Design practice; create a learning environment through leadership, participating in the development and delivery of industry training programs; and must be legally able to work in Canada - the ability to enter the USA and Chile to work on client assignments is also an asset.
About The Team
Managers are leaders within the Strategy & Business Design practice (Monitor Deloitte) of Deloitte Strategy Risk & Transactions business, principally responsible for business development and overall project delivery leadership. A Financial Services Manager possesses deep industry and sector knowledge and consulting skills depth such that they are viewed both internally and externally as "subject matter experts". The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $158,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager, you will be a critical leader on our team delivering strategy and business design projects with our Energy & Resources clients. Experience with Service Level Management (SLM), including defining SLAs/OLAs/KPIs/XLAs, within a large-scale enterprise or shared services environment, preferably within ServiceNow.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across highly matrixed organizations and drive outcomes through relationship-building and data-driven storytelling.
Proven ability to partner effectively with IT Service Management, Data Analytics and ServiceNow teams to enable performance metrics and reporting capabilities (while not directly configuring the tools).

Total Rewards

Deloitte is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Workday Functional Finance Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital - Operate team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday solution and a strong ability to provide exceptional support and consultancy services to our clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-facing experience to ensure the successful operation and optimization of Workday Systems.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will lead post-production support and optimization efforts, working directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system designs. You'll apply your expertise in Procurement to Payment, WSS, Sourcing (RFx), Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Project billing, Banking and Settlement, and other modules to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices. The Workday Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as the functional authority for Workday Payroll configuration, processing, and optimization. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations, while supporting new enhancements testing, and post production support.
