L’expert(e) prend en charge le client avec empathie et professionnalisme, procède à l’enquête du dossier de réclamation en automobile et en habitation. Il/Elle travaille en partenariat avec différents acteurs dans le règlement de sinistres, tout en maintenant à jour l’avancement des dossiers dans notre système de gestion des réclamations. Ce rôle évolue dans la complexité des dossiers et offre des possibilités de développement dans d'autres profils connexes pour valoriser la polyvalence. Nos expert(e)s en sinistres traitent de bout en bout les réclamations qui leur sont assignées, avec la possibilité de bonifier leur salaire de base et d’être rémunérés pour les dossiers supplémentaires pris en charge.
